Terms of Service for Natura

Introduction

Welcome to Natura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Natura mobile application (the "App") operated by Zynclave Tech Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

Definitions

• "Content" refers to any text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and all other forms of data or communication posted on or transmitted through the App.
• "User Content" means Content that users submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the App.
• "Zynclave Content" means Content that we create and make available in connection with the App.
• "Third Party Content" means Content that originates from parties other than Zynclave Tech Private Limited or its users, which is made available in connection with the App.
• "App Content" means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the App, including User Content, Zynclave Content, and Third Party Content.

Account Creation and Maintenance

Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age Restriction

The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

User Content and Conduct

User Content Ownership

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the App. By submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any media or distribution methods.

User Content Standards

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any party
• Contains software viruses or other harmful code
• Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Depicts illegal activities or promotes violence
• Is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains personal information of minors

Wildlife Observation Ethics

As a platform focused on wildlife and nature, we promote ethical wildlife observation practices. You agree not to:

• Disturb or harass wildlife to obtain photographs
• Share locations of endangered species that may put them at risk
• Post content that encourages harmful interactions with wildlife
• Share observations of illegal wildlife harvesting or trade

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium
• Using any automated system to access the App without our prior written consent
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the App
• Bypassing measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the App
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the App
• Using the App for any commercial solicitation purposes without our consent
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation

Intellectual Property

Zynclave's Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zynclave Tech Private Limited and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

DMCA Compliance

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notification according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our copyright agent with the following information in writing:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the App
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Disclaimers

"As Is" and "As Available"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Wildlife Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about wildlife species, habitats, and conservation, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Location Data

Location data provided by the App is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise location information is needed or where erroneous, inaccurate, time-delayed, or incomplete location data may lead to harm of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zynclave Tech Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
